Kangana Ranaut who is all set to impress yet again, in another career defining performance, went all out to get under the skin of her character for Tanu Weds Manu Returns ,directed by Aanand L. Rai.
The actress who essays two roles in the film – reprising the role of Tanu and a new character ,Datto, a Haryanvi athlete ,took being a perfectionist at her craft to an all-new level where she cut herself from social interactions ,including those over her phone.
Sources reveal that Kangana never used her mobile on the sets and limited her interactions with people to avoid any sort of distraction, while shooting in Lucknow, Delhi and Haryana. While its often seen that leading ladies are addicted to their smart phones and are constantly updating their circle and social media platforms, Kangana on the other hand, enjoyed the tech-break.
